My name is Mantas, and I am proud to be here to help you achieve your goals and ambitions with your fitness goals. I have years of experience in the sports field, which provided me with tons of valuable knowledge and experience to help in achieving your goals.

As I was growing up I always was very competitive, which made me fall in love with sports from a very young age. I studied the majority of my qualifications through Tresham College, where I have played Volleyball for 3 years and led the team as the captain of the Males team, I also coached sports such as basketball and volleyball as part of my work experience for 2 years. Since the very first day of my studies I had only one goal: To become a Personal Trainer. Once I finally became one, my goal was to use all the knowledge and experience I gained and share it with you on your journey to achieving your fitness goals.

About 5 years ago, I went through some life-changing events that drastically affected my mental and physical state. I gained 10KG in weight and also my mental health drastically deteriorated. However, at one point I managed to pick myself up and say that enough is enough and it is time to make changes. Then, 6 months later, I lost 15KG and improved my mental health significantly, which made my life change for the better. Therefore, I can empathize with you if you are overweight, suffer from mental health, or lack confidence in yourself.  I am here to build you up both physically and mentally.

As a Personal Trainer, I am here to help you, to support you, and to guide you, through all the obstacles that will come your way. As a personal trainer, I can provide you with a guide on how to achieve your travel destination; however the journey itself has to be walked by you and you alone, I am here to help you get there.
